Hello from Ohio!

We have definitely taken longer to send an update than usual, and we apologize. The last month has seen us on two continents, in three time zones, six States, and seven churches. We appreciate your patience, and also apologize for sending out a simple email instead of a well-designed PDF like usual.

Within a week of arriving in Texas, we purchased a truck (2011 F-350 6.7L for the gearheads) and have since arranged for a fifth wheel. We have to travel to get it, but so far the LORD’s people have been amazingly generous and supportive of our needs during our travels.

We visited four of our supporting churches so far, along with spending two weeks at our home church in Texas, so we really hit the ground running. January through March will see us visiting dozens of churches in Texas, so please be in prayer for our well-used truck as we drive all over the place.

Back home in Chile everything is going well. Our Venezuelan brethren were able to check on their family back in Venezuela and everyone is fine. Their family is in Maracaibo, far from Caracas and the turmoil.

The church got together multiple times over the Christmas and New Year holidays, and have been even more active in public ministry and in-home Bible studies than before we left. Bro. Luís Huerta is doing an amazing job of overseeing the church, and we are confident that they will be growing and advancing, not just holding ground, while we’re in the States.

Please keep us in prayer as we travel and visit churches, that we can be a blessing to God’s people, a good witness to those lost we meet, and above all that God may be glorified in everything we do.

Thank you for your faithful prayers and support on our behalf. Next time I will endeavor to send out a nice looking printable letter for everyone.
